Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your space.

Adelaide Expo Hire is the official stand builder for The Australian Hydrogen Conference. Please confirm your Fascia signage directly with our stand builder – CLICK HERE by Tuesday, 26 April 2022. Our stand builder will be in touch with you to confirm any booth requirements you may have; however, you can contact them anytime by emailing kims@aeh.com.au.

* If fascia signage text is not confirmed with our official stand builder by the above deadline, our stand builder reserves the right to print fascia signage as per the company name on your contract with Informa, and any changes required after this deadline may incur costs.

All adapters and extension cables must be provided by the exhibitor. Informa/ Adelaide Convention Centre/ Adeliade Expo Hire will not be able to provide these on site.

All exhibitors must ensure their testing and tagging of electrical equipment is up to date prior to arriving for bump in.

All Exhibitors are automatically covered for compulsory Exhibitors Public Liability Insurance (Australia) for the duration of the exhibition (Tuesday – Wednesday, 31 – 1 June 2022).

All exhibitors will need to be completely packed up and out of the exhibitions space by 5pm on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 to allow for the stand builders to begin dismantling of stands


All deliveries must be scheduled with the ACC Loading dock and only during occupancy of the exhibition space. Any deliveries not booked in will not be accepted. You must clearly mark your items using the approved delivery label.

A return label can be found here. Please print enough to apply to your items at the end of the event. Any items not booked in for return and left at the venue will be disposed of and you may be charged a cleaning fee.

If you have items arriving by courier- you must be available to sign for the items. ACC staff will not sign for items arriving by courier.

All airway bills/ shopping notes must clearly be marked “all charges to account consignor.” The ACC and Informa accepts no responsibility for any charges associated with the duties, taxes or clearance of exhibitor/contractor goods.

Pallet lifters and trolleys are provided complimentary to all exhibitors. These are located in the loading bay and available on a first in, first serve basis. Forklifts can only be used by DSV and must be booked directly with them. If you wish to engage in your own supplier for forklifts or bring anything heavy, you must inform Informa and the venue at least 14 days prior to the event and complete a mobile plant approval form.

Any exhibitors using their own contractors for stand build will need to complete an onsite induction form at the loading dock.

Informa does not have a third-party hotel booking agency representing this event aside from the above links. If you are contacted to book accommodation by any agency, this is not recommended as they are unknown to Informa.


The Adelaide Convention Centre no longer requires proof of vaccination to enter the venue. Masks can be worn at the individuals discretion.

SUPPLIER CALLS & EMAILS: Our official suppliers are detailed within this exhibitor manual. These suppliers may contact you directly to confirm your requirements for this event.  You may experience other contractors pitching you for your busines and advising you they are the preferred contractor, however, unless the company is included in the service providers list, then they are providing false information.
